Heritage slim double glazing

Our heritage slimline double glazing is perfect for restoring the timeless beauty of both listed and historic buildings. We operate across London, including Holloway, Hornsey, Highgate, Walthamstow and Notting Hill.

The benefits of double glazing; the timeless appearance of the original window

A beautiful property deserves to be cared for, even after a number of decades, and spoiling these buildings with poor renovations is far too easy. Restoring listed and historic buildings takes careful consideration and an astute level of thought.

Modern materials often look out of place in historic properties, destroying the character and charm of these majestic buildings. We are committed to helping restore these properties and fulfil their natural beauty. Our slimline double glazing is perfect for listed and historical buildings, providing:

  • Thermal and sound insulation

  • Draught proofing

  • Reinforced structural strength

  • Resistant to condensation

  • Restores the aesthetic of historical and listed buildings

If you want to restore the timeless beauty of your property, contact us today for more information about our heritage double glazing.

What makes up our slimline sash windows?

Our heritage double glazing employs a slimline double-glazed insulated unit, which consists of two panes. The space between the gap ranges from 4mm to 8mm as standard (up to 16mm) and is filled with an inert gas (argon or krypton). This gas helps to keep the warm in and the cold out.

As with our noise-reducing glass, all of our windows and doors are bespoke handmade using traditional joining methods and can also incorporate our noise reducing glass range.

Sash windows in Victorian house

"This was to double glaze four large front windows, also secondary glazing for a stained glass window and improving insulation for a side door. We are very pleased with the new windows which fit in perfectly with the look of the house. The work was done as agreed, the team who came were very pleasant, extremely hard-working and thorough and Stuart was always helpful. The only problem was an error with sizing the secondary glazing but this was remedied quickly. Overall very satisfied with this company."
